Our drafting team uses the latest Autocad & Strucad 3D modeling software to produce 3D models and steel detail drawings from architectural and engineering documents supplied by the project principal or manager, building contractor or fabricator.

Our standard system includes preparation of :-

HOLD DOWN BOLT PLANS showing foundation bolt locations and height for installation as well as bolt details for manufacture. We allow levelling nuts for on-site setting of base plate height.

MARKING PLANS showing the steel arrangement with member marks for identification and details needed for ease of erection.

SHOP DETAIL DRAWINGS for each component with drilling and cleat positioning shown in running/accumulative dimensions, and the material for each drawing shown on each drawing.

PURLIN DETAILS using manufacturer's standard components.

FIELD BOLT LISTS showing diameter, length, grade, tightening procedure and location for each erection bolt.

3D MODELS showing all of the components on a job in a 3D virtual assembly, assisting the flow of a job from client approval to erection and everything in between.

All work is fully checked before release for fabrication. Drawing despatches can be made electronically or by hard copy.
